The Crimewatch Systems Platinum plus Maintenance plan
- Full repair or replacement of faulty equipment
- Loan Cover – When equipment is taken for repair, a loan kit will be issued until either repaired or replaced
- Full Labour Cover – No call out charges for equipment breakdown and no labour fee. All charges are included within the system cost
- Priority Callout – Maintenance customers receive priority attention for service calls over non-maintenance customers. They should receive a response within eight working hours
- Regular Maintenance Visits – Each site will receive at least two pre programmed service visits per year to clean and service the equipment
- Free phone support – We offer a free phone number for technical advice and advice on current legislation such as the Data Protection Act
